Dear praying friends,
We are praising God for how He has been working in our lives and in the lives of others! We mentioned in our last letter about the problems we had with our health insurance. On April 1, we were able to find a new insurance company that covered our prescriptions with a very low deductible! Praise God!
In April, Jerry was able to preach in two churches. The church in Mayaguez is still growing strong under national leadership. The following week, Jerry preached in Moca, a church we had visited previously. Many responded to his preaching.
We have passed out several thousand copies of the Book of Romans. As a result, the church has had visitors with many making professions of salvation and getting baptized. Pastor Shelton has been teaching a new convert’s class in the Sunday School on the ABC’s of Discipleship. Jerry teaches the Adult/Teen class and has been focusing on the Minor Prophets. Liz continues teaching the children’s class during the services, as well as preparing for Vacation Bible School. Since we do the work ourselves, Liz spends dozens of hours working on the lessons, visuals, crafts and all the other things involved.
Please pray for us. We have several financial needs. Liz and I need new glasses and our van is in need of some repairs. Thank you again for all you do for us!
