The ministries offered at Calvary Baptist Church are designed to help people learn how they can know that they have eternal life through Jesus Christ, as well as teach them how they can grow in their personal relationship with the Lord once they have called upon Him as their Savior and Lord.
We offer Community Fridge, which officially opened earlier this month, is behind the building at 42 Needham St. The fridge and pantry are in a shed located in the back of the church. Anyone is welcome to give or take from it.
We accept donations, but we have a few requirements: no fresh, raw meat; no items past their expiration date; no opened containers; and home-prepared foods must list all ingredients and be sealed.
CBC has also created raised vegetable beds in front of the church to grow their own food in a community garden to give away for free.
